The dangers of boiling tea

Naturally one may think that drinking hot liquids is something a bit unnatural, and our common sense seems to have a certain reason.

A study conducted in China warns about the danger of consuming boiling tea and the inflammatory activity that this triggers.

Statistically, the consumption of more than 15 gms of alcohol, and the consumption of boiling tea, increases the risk of esophageal cancer in the population by around 5 times. If, in addition to consuming boiling tea, the individual smokes, we have the perfect storm with a 2-fold increase in the risk of suffering from esophageal cancer.
