Inmortal Sauna

Actualizado: 28 mar 2022

In some parts of Europe, saunas are incredibly popular. Finland is characterized as a country whose citizens are sauna fans, so it is logical that if a study was done on the effect of the sauna on our body, this study would be done in Finland.

I invite you to a journey of 2,315 people for a long 20 years to know the consequences of sauna baths on the human body.

The evidence says that the greater number of sauna baths, the lower incidence of cardiovascular events and mortality. This effect is even seen in the length of time inside a sauna. The longer the duration, the lower the mortality.

Critical note: Probably if you are not used to taking sauna baths, don't make the mistake of thinking that you will live longer after 1 marathon session. Your life span will probably be shortened by acute dehydration
